Mike turned 40 on Friday. We celebrated on Friday night. My parents, Mike's parents, his brother, Matt, and Rhonda--our friend came. Matt along with Mom and Dad Hekman stayed to play Boggle afterwards. It was a quiet celebration, but fun.

Sorry Ethan and I had to miss it. Glad you guys had fun :) The stupid ants got into the cherry pie squares that Matt brought back so I didn't get to have any.
What a bummer! I'll have to make them again. We missed having you. The ants are marching around the perimeter of our house and Mike plans to attack before they get closer.
